Advance directives
I have a CD that has California legal Advance Directive forms on it. Once installed you do not need the CD to run the program. You fill out the form on your computer, it walks you though it and then tells you what to do to make it legal. (i.e. signatures) The program also tells you who to give it to when it is all signed and ready to go. I have mine done, my kids are working on theirs and I will have mine signed on Saturday for distribution on Monday to the required parties. If anyone wants to borrow the disk, I will have it with me on Monday.

It has lots of other stuff on it that will be handy too.
I would like to borrow your CD on Monday if that would be ok. I will bring my laptop so that I can put it right on, without taking your CD. I will be in the tutor centor all day, or I can get it from you at Pharm that night if you wouldn't mind bringing it. I can email anyone a copy of the form if they are interested too.
