1-c The firat important goal is to develop trust. Trust must be developed before identifying needs.

2-a Physical comfort is the priority nursing care of a terminally ill client. This is the global response, it includes b&c.

3-b This is the most complete description of body image. The others, a,c,d are only partial descriptions. Global response.

4-c This provides an opportunity for the client to express feelings of hopelessness and sadness related to the loss of a friend and a sense of loss related to the client's own condition.

5-d Denial is defined as the avoidance of disagreeable realities by ignoring or refusing to recognize them.
