Can Alarm Clocks be Hazardous to Our Health?

I don't think it is the alarm clock to blame, though I would dearly love to ditch mine as a health hazard. I have heard of long QT syndrome before and understand that it is very dangerous and runs in families. Hope this mother can help others in Britian by bringing attention to the problem.
