Sign into this Evolve text and you can find the link to any kind of assessment in depth how-to, technique or tool. Great resource for brush-up or learning what you haven't yet.

If you haven't registered into your evolve textbook site yet, do it now. Click on courses and resources. Look under nursing, click on assessment, then click on Physical Examintaion and Health Assessment, 4th edition, by Carolyn Jarvis. Follow the directions.
Once you get to the book site, click on course material at the upper left hand corner, then view web links.
You can register for as many of these books as you want, you do not have to buy the books to register for them.
I have registered for about 20 of them right now. You can find a lot of good links to study on the subjects that you want.
