A piece of concrete the size of a football falls on upper left forehead. A huge goose-egg bump appears within minutes. Complains of nausea, some numbness on cheeks, forehead and jaw. TMJ ache. Feels as if something stuck in throat, slight slurring of words. Big headache. Name the cranial nerve(s) possibly affected, or anything else.
