5. Does each QRS have a P wave?


6. Is the PRI normal duration and constant?


7. How are the P waves and the QRS associated with each other? Married or divorced?


8. Are the QRS narrow or wide?


9. Are they grouped? Is there a pattern to the grouping?


10. Are there any early or dropped beats?


11. Check the patient and the leads.
