- Vote (this is advocating, it is our duty)

- Competencies (keep current with trends and skills)

- Cost Containment (health care is a commodity be flexible, autonomous and creative)

- Volunteer (serve the underserved)

- Service Learning (volunteer to learn through internship or independent study in community health)
