Secondary anxiety: anxiety that is due to physiological abnormalities such as certain medical disorder or is secondary to a pervasive psychiatric disorder such as depression.

17. Explain the difference between assertive and aggressive.
Assertive is asking for what one wants or acting to get it in a way that respects the rights and feeling of others.
Aggressive is getting what you want through the use of verbal or nonverbal forceful means.
18. Review Maslow’s needs hierarchy.
Physiological: food, drink, air
Psychological: security, love, esteem
Meta-needs: desire to know, appreciation of truth and beauty, and the tendency toward growth and fulfillment (self-actualization)
We will not pay attention to higher needs (meta-needs) until the others are reasonable well satisfied.
