Scheduling must be made at least 1 to 14 days in advance of each trip. They have a 20 minute time frame before and after the scheduled pick-up time for their arrival. Once they arrive, they will not wait more than five (5) minutes of their arrival time for the person to board the bus. Door-to-door service is provided.

Buses accommodate the disabled population, including wheelchairs.
