This service is administrated by SMART serving San Joaquin County Residents (excluding the City of Stockton) and comes to San Joaquin General Hospital. CAT can transport the elderly (over 55) or disabled from a Stockton home to San Joaquin General Hospital – No certification process if on disability or able to show proof of age via identification. Buses accommodate the disabled population, including wheelchairs.
